They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."

They made everything look easy, made no mess and overall did a great job. No damage to my expensive new doors at all. Now I have excellent new locks to match my new doors."
