"Overall the service from start to finish has been very professional. Not only professional but their knowledge of how to make things fit into a space and look good our exceptional. My bathroom for my rental unit looked so good, I had to hire them again! This time they did not disappoint. The second bathroom for my own home is so nice, that I can't believe it is mine. It feels luxurious and came under the price point I wanted to pay. Not only that, they did it during the shortages and helped source and get everything in a timely manner. "Suburban was very busy, so once the windows came in they had to push back the install date a couple of days.  That was no big deal as I understand how construction works.  One window came in and the manufacture had built in incorrectly, so the installer had to put the old window back in and re-order the window.  All the windows are in, they look and work great!  Suburban stayed in constant contact about the delays and the re-ordering of the wrong sized window.  The installer Mike went above and beyond to make sure the windows were put in correctly and looked good from both the inside and the outside.  I definitely would use Suburban again.  The gutter replacement was fast, and done very well as well.  I could not be happier with these projects.  Thanks Mike, Bob, and Darrin. <br />"

"I thought the windows went good. The price was good, I thought they could have done a better job and caulking the windows. They cleaned up real good and went pretty fast. <br /> They also installed new gutters, They did a good job on the install and the clean up. I have been having problems with the gutter leaking at the corners. . They have already been out here twice to fix the leaky gutters. It is kind of frustrating. Currently have one leaking that they have already fixed this summer.  <br />"

"Overall, okay. They did the job and after a few back and forths, all of the small things they'd forgotten were done (e.g. type of shutters wasn't correct, so were reordered; exterior light was broken during work, so they fixed; new outlet installed as they'd broken one, etc.) Where I've downgraded them is for the lack of extras offered. As I watch neighbors get their siding done, their projects include repainting of the garage door and wood porches, brick/stone façade on the foundation wall, chimney cap, etc. We were not offered any similar services and in fact, when I asked about painting, they said no. A year later, my house looks incomplete as I have projects related to the residing that I need to do and my neighbors have nice new looking homes. If you just want new siding, bare bones project, this company is for you. If you want a complete project, I would look elsewhere."
