Klaus provided an estimate within 24 hours, we scheduled the date of the installation and Klaus arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, did not hesitate to get started and completed installing the flood light in exactly the area we wanted and removed power to the base board heating at the junction box. The flood light needed to be hard wired and Klaus was nothing less than stellar from the moment we met him to the time he left after completing everything we requested. "Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
