He didn't try and upsell us on any unneeded stuff like others in years past try to do (plumbing, electric, mechanic, etc). My experience is that many, with high number of reviews (all categories) are often offering promotiions which are not a bargain when they "find" other problems requiring more work then needed and/or anticipated.
