He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. Very impressed with Victor's manner and efficiency. VERY workmanlike. Vented out a adjacent room window, as bath window does not open. Tub looks great. Will see how it wears but I am optimistic. One word to the wise - dust is the enemy of this finish while it is curing. Didn't realize that. Would have done a major wipe down on entire room if I had known."

"Avista Flooring arrived promptly at the time they gave  me. My husband showed them the bedroom. They brought in equipment and got started after I took a look at the contract. I had scheduled via phone and Avista was the only flooring company which gave me a price quote over the phone. I did not get a written estimate before the appointment or have a person take a look at the floor before going with them. I left messages with two other A rated flooring companies close by from Angie's List. These companies did not call back nor left a message. (Maybe I scared them when I left a detail message and the job was too small for them. This surprised me of these companies.)   <br /> It was nice speaking with the office manager and scheduling what will be done and picking the stain color from a list on their website. The office manager explained the process.  <br /> The two workers who came as scheduled started work and completed job quickly and efficiently. They explained to me that one particular stain would not come off and I understood because it was a pretty bad stain.  <br /> On the second day, they arrived on time at the time they gave me and finished the last coat of poly. <br />"
