"Ralph and Peter are amazing. We bought an old house and found innumerable plumbing problems that the inspector missed. Ralph made sure to go through everything and make it seen manageable. We are working our way down the long list getting everything repaired and I know it is done correctly. When we had a unknown leak causing water to drip from the basement ceiling, he made himself available to check it out. Everything he does is done beautifully and he cleans up everything afterward. When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. When he heard about our electrical troubles (and saw some for himself) he called his friend and then followed up with them to make sure it was taken care of. Mark Scala promptly came to our house this Saturday morning and had cleared the clog at the main trap. I selected Scala Sewer & Drain because of the reviews here on "Home Advisor" and I was impressed as everyone else. Having just come in from a long flight the night before, Mark was very courteous , professional and indicated he'd be right over within the hour. From the time Mark arrived our drain was cleared within the hour. Considering the task at hand, the area was cleaned and disinfected with bleach with little or no debris left behind. "George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks. No leaks so far. Closing walls this weekend. Offered us a great price and an unbeatable 12 month payment plan. Thank you George and team."

"Joe the plumber was great. Very professional , honest and cleaned up everything. The owner Charlie was fantastic. He sent Joe over within the hour of my first call. They had to order replacement parts for my boiler and came back the next day. Charlie called me 4 times with updates on the eta of when they would arrive. "Integrated Electrical Solutions was fantastic, I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional workmanship at an extremely fair price. I had a blockage in my sewer line and called a company that I usually use, they came out and power snaked the line but to no avail. They told me that they could come back and hydro-jet the line the next day (for an exorbitant amount) but that might not work. The cost seemed far too high and they didn't even scope the line to see what the problem was. So I looked on Angie and found Integrated Electric Solutions. Freddy called me within 15 minutes and after hearing my description described each step of how they would proceed to solve my problem with costs for each step of the way. I cancelled the other company and Integrated was there within two hours. Patrick was wonderful, He scoped the line to determine the problem , tried the snake, then hydro-jeted. Long story short - my problem was solved in 1-1/2 hours for 1/4 of the cost."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work!
