Oversprayed 8? thick in places but was aware interior was being finished and needed to be kept inside beams. Leaked out around perimeter of building on new white and grey steel siding (doesn?t come off and we?ve bought five different products to-date). Then? worse? backed blown tire (drove on 4 blocks) down 120 ft brand new concrete driveway. Black rubber and torn out chips of a new concrete driveway. We held back $500 waiting for return to clean and never sent product or showed to clean black rubber off. Since then found the white scrapes down the street to the drive way and backing in chips of the driveway on ring camera and as lead installed advised where tire blew at?. Owner not fixing ; rude and brags about his 4 companies owned and $10m in sales. BEWARE. Do not use them. "

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
