He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. Will absolutely have Tito back for more repairs and projects."

Portions of the downstairs had been renovated by previous owners, but the dining room had a dropped ceiling and plaster walls that were damaged in many spots. We had several service providers take a look at repairing it, including Marcio. Several other companies suggested simply going over everything with drywall -- while slightly cheaper, we decided it was better to go with Marcio's ideas, which boiled down to repairing the old plaster where possible. He and his crew removed the old dropped ceiling. Then, he brought in a plasterer who did a wonderful job of repairing the walls and putting in a new ceiling. I'm no pro when it comes to the specifics, but they used a combination of real plaster and replacement/skim coat depending on the condition of the wall. It came out looking beautiful. Marcio and his crew then painted the walls, and it looks like a totally new room.

The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."
