"Jim was great to work with. He was always responsive to questions, and the people that work for him are great too. Our house is very much a construction zone, so he had the code to our garage so he could come and go as he pleases. We would absolutely recommend Jim in the future for anyone who needs drywall install or repair work."

"I hired Belair & sons finishing co. to hang drywall in my home ,and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my space. They showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made sure every sheet was installed with precision. The seams were tight, corners were clean, and they took the time to properly prep the area before and after the work. It was clear they take pride in what they do. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. The job was completed on schedule and within the estimated budget, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for high-quality drywall work done right the first time, I highly recommend Belair & son's finishing co. Great workmanship and even better customer service!"

"Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.

"Excellent work, very professional and really clean work."

"The installation was timely and professional.  We felt we received a great price for all they did.  They were trustworthy and conscientious. Their communication was very good too which is often not the case with contractors.  They showed up when they said they would.  In the end, we've been very happy.

"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again."
