He gave us @48 hoursâ notice before coming out to do the cleaning of the deck, which was spotty and stained with algae. His process not only cleaned the deck but also got rid of the stains. After completing the cleaning, he told us heâ d be coming back in 4 days when the weather would be most favorable to do the staining. Carlos confirmed the appointment both the day before and the day of the staining. He spent most of the day staining the deck. His work was impeccable. He was very careful not to overspray areas and also to make sure the stain covered properly. In two years, Carlos and Deck Rescue will be our first choice for taking care of our deck."

"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. Our local painter with 5 stars refused to do it-so wonâ  t ever call that guy again. You will not be disappointed hiring him."

"They came to do an estimate but I haven't been able to get a call back from them on it. They were supposed to call me back with the estimate by the end of that week and they didn't so I called them again and left a message but I still haven't heard back. So I need to do a second call to them about it. It's been almost exactly a month ago. Initially they were great. When I called them we scheduled an appointment. He was on time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am just not sure what happened after that. I would like to work with them but I am not getting a response so I do not know what is going on. They called to let me know they were coming a little early and to make sure it was ok he was coming early. The lack of followup on it I would have to give them a B. Even in spite of all this I would like to use them if they would call me back."
