"I had issues related to electrical surges from storm-related power outages. Some lighting fixtures were not working and I attempted to replace some dimmer switches myself. The screwy wiring did not make sense to me so I called for help. He sorted out various issues (loose wire nuts in fixture, blown LED bulbs, weird wiring choices) and got everything working. I think he had shoemaker's elves hiding in his van because while I worked with him in the dining room, other fixtures and outlets in other rooms on different circuits started working without being touched. I can't guarantee they will accompany him on all future jobs but I was very happy with their contribution."

"We engaged the team at Renaissance Electric on a wide-variety of issues including new construction for an addition we were working on, GFCIs, smart-home outlets for cameras and Wifi connected smoke detectors, whole-house surge protection, the rewire of several rooms and troubleshooting of work done by others. We were thrilled with the service. They were punctual, reliable, and respectful when things came up outside of the anticipated scope of the project. Often they shared recommendations for how to do things better keeping in mind the limited budget. I would say they went above and beyond to keep our home safe which was the ultimate goal."

"When we bought our older home, we knew the electrical would need some attention, and BC Electric has been our go-to ever since. we have had the team out to install both our inverter and sconces and switches in our hallway. Their team has been great to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Bob, the owner, is a solid guy who clearly cares about doing the job right. I’d recommend them every time."

"Went perfectly - they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We love the recessed lights in our living room and kitchen. Absolutely will hire them again."
