In doing the work on the shower floor he identified water in the walls of the shower and identified the source of the water (cracks in the grout on the walls was letting water in). After the water had dried (which meant an extra 4 days of not using the shower), Brandon fixed the cracks throughout the shower for an extra $75. The price for just the regrouting of the floor was $325. With the Angie's List discount it came to a total of $360."

"Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner is the one company I prefer to use, they do an excellent job. They are very professional and were very quick. We have a 4000 sq foot home and they were done in just a few hours. They did upstairs and the downstairs plus cleaned the furniture. I was very pleased and will call them again."
