"I made an appointment with Amar to check out the leak I had in my roof. He arrived 10 minutes early, which was good, and checked my attic to see the source of the leak. He wasn't able to see anything obvious, so we made an appointment to stop by Sunday morning to check out the roof. Upon inspecting the roof, there was obvious damage from possibly large tree branches gouging a couple shingles. He was able to replace the damaged shingles at a reasonable price. I would definitely wire Amar again for any roof services in the future. "

"Review of Rain and Shine Masonry (Owner: Sean Boyne): After Sean waterproofed my foundation and installed a French drain, both failed within weeks, moisture and mold worsened, and a previously dry wall began leaking, leaving me with severe mold and massive repair costs. Despite a contractual 20-year warranty, Sean ignored all my messages and even a police inquiry. His listed ?home and business addresses? are only mailboxes, seemingly to avoid accountability. The project also involved a roof replacement that ended up costing nearly triple a typical price. Midway through, he said my roof plywood was below code, and that I needed major attic reconstruction, including rebuilding all of the roof valleys. The reconstruction turned out to be quite limited. I believe he overcharged by tens of thousands. He first underquoted, then added thousands once work began on the foundation project. Sean is in breach of contract and warranty."

"Betho Construction delivered excellent service and replaced my roof with professionalism and courtesy. In addition to pictures that were taken of my actual roof before I decided to use their services, unlike the other two companies that I considered, Betho was the only company that did not ask about my marital status! Luis, the owner, was professional and focused only on delivering quality service for a long-lasting roof. I chose them also because they used Owens Corning shingles, which gave me peace of mind and comfort. The crew arrived on time and worked expeditiously for over a day and a half until the job was done. They also cleaned up all nails and materials when they finished their work. Because I was beginning to have a problem with bats and flying squirrels, I then had Betho Construction come back and install galvanized steel ridge protectors on my roof to keep the animals out! That project was done in a professional manner and was completed in half a day. I would use Betho Construction at any time based on the two jobs they have now done for me. I highly recommend this company!"
