For the exterior, it was done with extreme efficiency. Scraping to the wood-done by hand where peeling. Priming on entire house. Repairing where needed i.e. shingles replaced, window frames/sills repaired. Fastidious cleanup I.e. yard, tarps, ladders. Team was on the job daily 7am to 4pm until job was completed. Eoin was present each day supervising and performing hands-on work. Multiple compliments on workmanship from neighbors. For the Interior, great work from outside continued inside. Wooden door frames, windowsills, cracks in the ceiling all repaired. Followed by pristine painting. Kitchen cabinets stripped to original veneer, refinished and painted like new. Not one complaint throughout my experience. I have recommended Shannon Painting repeatedly and will continue to do so.
