"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"I highly recommend Start2Finish Waterproofing. Ed was wonderful to work with. He was timely, informative, and honest. There?s no inspection fee like most other companies. Their quote was very reasonable and has a lifetime warranty. Bob and the install crew were very efficient and left my basement in the same condition as when they came. For basement water issues this is the company to use!!"

"Harold and crew performed exceptionally. Harold and crew willing to work with us as larger projects were "tweaked' as they progressed. Clearly "pros". Wonderful workmanship."

"Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost). Now it is just perfect and I love it. The team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!!"

"Richard is extremely knowledgeable and a master at designing and installing even the most challenging of jobs. He reworked the entryway to our garage and steps to our mudroom to make them safe and attractive. Hannah handles the admin side very efficiently. They make a great team for all your reno needs!"

"Leo and Ana were very professional and were able to fit us in right away. all the tile work was done so nicely. Love our backsplash!! Would highly recommend Fonesi and would def use in the future if needed."

"Quality work. Tony Palo was very informative and answered all questions in a timely manner. Our new deck is excellent. Will pursue Capizzi in the future for any other home improvements."

"We were quite satisfied with the way Mike carried out the work we wanted done. Communication was excellent; we were kept well informed of scheduling and progress for various stages of work until the job was finished. We were happy with the final product."

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."
