"John and his crew previously remodeled our master bathroom, so we knew we wanted to hire them again to remodel our guest bathroom. As with the first time, John was easy to work with and was flexible to meet our schedules. He always answered my questions and emails quickly, so I always knew what was going on with the job. His estimate was itemized and included an allowance for each material as a placeholder. Although the final cost would depend on what materials I chose, it was nice to have a starting budget in mind. John and his crew installed recessed lights, tiled the floor, installed a new tub, tiled the shower walls, installed a new vanity, tiled wainscoting around the room, and installed a new toilet. The crew worked all day throughout the duration of the project to minimize the end-to-end duration of the project. The work looks great and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.
