"These guys were very friendly and came right on time. My disappointment is that they were in and out in no time at all. I realize they have to charge for a service call but $60 for about 10 minutes of time is a bit steep. My home inspector had said the chimney cap would need to be replaced but they said the case cover needed replacing and they do not perform that service. I'm sure these guys are probably great at what they do... unfortunately it cost me $60 to find out they could not help me.
