We booked with him the next morning. On "repair and replace" day, workers arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went to work. They were kind and congenial and did a great job. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. "We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."
