"Hired John to install laminate countertops. He was very responsive prior to the job starting and gave me all the detail on the scope of work required. He was on time the morning of the job and got started right away. John went above and beyond during the installation to make sure the counters were installed correctly and also fixed many of the issues that were present from the old counters. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. "Of all six plumbers I contacted for estimates on my bathroom renovation (replacing cracked old tile walls around my tub with a surround and replacing the 1950's era fixtures), Troy was the only one who gave the project intelligent, logical thought. Instead of trying to boost the cost of the job by selling me on more than I needed, he did what needed to be done, and did it remarkably well. Troy consistently arrived when he said he was going to and did the job he promised. He left the area clean and neat each day, and left the bathroom (which is the only one in my house) as functional as possible given the stage of construction he had reached.
