The roof was still leaking but they made sure resolve the issue eventually. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a day. tProject was bid last Fall and delayed at our request until Spring. The original bid was probably underpriced due to a miscalculation on their part but they stood by their bid. We discussed using pre-colored Hardyboard but Brian convinced us that a better result would be obtained by using the non-colored siding and then painting. We worked pros and cons to wrapping eves as opposed to using Hardy products. When the weather finally cooperated, the crews started arriving. They took pictures of the house before starting, so they would remember how everything went back. The crews they use for siding installation, painting, and gutters were all sutcontractors but top notch. Brian was the company project manager and he kept me informed of plans and suggested changes. The gutters were originally bid for 5 inch gutters but after re-evaluating our roof runoff, they upgraded to 6 inch w/o additional charge The siding crew were just amazing. Arriving early morning and working non stop until there was no more light. They were exact in their measurements and always in good spirits and very respectful of our personal space. They were not used to working on a rolled steel roof so their ladders scraped some of the finish off but quickly repaired it after I pointed it out  They cleaned  the site up completely at the end of each day...and believe me their is lots of trash in a project like this.  They could not figure our how to get my nightscape lighting back on correctly, so they paid for the original company to come out and re-install it. The painters were another crew that did great prep work and worked well with the siding crew. The gutter crew were done in a day.

"Joe (the owner) came out for an estimate and was very informative with his presentation.  He brought examples and walked us through the whole process.  Our house is a 1970's ranch and we had old windows and an old sliding glass door that really needed to be updated. Before we decided on the type of siding we wanted, he gave us some examples of the houses he had done and we were very impressed.  We really liked the fact he did not try to sell us on unneeded upgrades and was very upfront on his bid to us.  We did not feel like he was trying to just over price his products.  On the first day, Joe and his crew came out  when it was raining and believe it or not in one day they had all 15 windows and the sliding glass door installed.  I must say the windows are very nice and the triple pane sliding glass door is awesome.  The siding that was installed was done with very little seams that are hardly visible.  We have a 2500 square foot home and we counted 8 seams on the house.  It looks great and they even did the chimney box on the roof.  Joe and his crew were very respectful and attentive to every detail.  They always ensured that every detail was how we wanted.  They cleaned up the area very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"We knew that we had to have new gutters for the last few years and have just put it off. Realizing that the problem was only getting worse and could start to affect the foundation, we called and got bids from four different companies. Artisan was not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive. From all the questions we where asking they where providing the same materials and putting them onto the house in the same manner as the next two higher bids but came in under their bids by $700 and $1200. Once I called Matt and accepted his bid he told me that he could have me on the schedule within 8 days, which was fine by us. Four days later he called and explained that they had a job put on hold and would we like them to come out the next day and get the job done. We told them sure, and the next day the crew was out bright and early and got the job done in a timely manner. When they where finished they came to the door and took my wife on a walk through of the job. She pointed out one thing that she didn't like how it looked and they took care of it immediately to her satisfaction.The next day, I saw where they had put on the fascia, and was not totally pleased with how it looked. I called Matt and the next day he was out to look at it with me and saw the angle that I was looking at it and agreed that it could be done better, and they had it done that day. I appreciate that they where willing to complete the job to our satisfaction down to the little things.If you need guttering done, this is a great company to call and work with. The neighbors have even commented on how much nicer it makes the house look. We had our first big rain the other night and did not have any of the leaking problems we where starting to see, so it was a good investment."

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

"We called Stoneworth to get a reference. Stoneworth manufactures roofing tile so I thought they would be the best people to get a referral. Not only did he give us Tony of All American Roofing as a referral but Andy, the owner of Stoneworth, used Tony himself to do his roof.



When Tony came to give us an estimate he pointed out that, because the roof was so old and in such bad condition, the roof had multiple holes and damage.



He offered us a great price for the job and even took care of all the damages for us free of charge. He took the time to cover all the holes and secured them so they would last the winter until he could start work. It saved our house from possible extensive damage.



Tony and his crew a fantastic job but he also went above and beyond by helping us pick a great paint color for the house to match the new tile roof and still stops by as we are completing our total remodel to see if we need anything.



He is a good guy and a hard working honest man. Couldn't be happier.

"After providing his estimate to the home owner, she called another plumbing service for the floor drain issue. He came out within a day, found the issue to be that the kitchen pipe was plugged up mostly and this was also making the floor drain clogged with stuff from the kitchen sink. He used a snake and immediately freed the clog from between the kitchen sink pipe and floor drain. After that it drained just fine. And it was only $100 vs $3800+. I emailed DTS afterwards indicating that it was just clogged and no pipes had to be replaced, but he never responded. So I paid for a $69 inspection with a $100 credit toward future repair that I can't use because the inspection was wrong and the home owner wasn't going to have him do the work with the inspection being incorrect. I suppose the $69 I paid is a lot better than if I'd proceeded with his $3800 estimate for a repair that wasn't needed though. Given I know skilled people can make mistakes, even good ones, I'm only making the overall rating as a C."

"My husband and I are big DIYers, but when it came to the exterior finish of our home, we just didn't have the time or expertise to do it correctly ourselves.
We spent a lot of time and energy working on the interior of the house, but we didn't really pay any attention to the exterior.  We started looking at the siding this fall and realized that it was in pretty bad shape. 
We have board & batten siding, very typical for our area, and we had 8 sheets that needed to be replaced and several more that needed some minor repair.  We also had rotted batten boards everywhere (not sure of the total count that was replaced).
I contacted Castle Rock to set up an appointment for an estimate and Jim called me right back and made an appointment for the next day.  Jim was very professional and experienced, and gave me a great quote on repainting the house.
The work went smoothly, and the crew that came out to complete the repairs and the painting were courteous and professional.  They cleaned up when the work was done and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!
