"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"A leak in an upstairs unit caused major water damage in the bathroom, making it necessary to pull out the shower surround (for starters). I was pretty nervous about hiring a contractor; I have just a small condo bathroom, not the kind of big, fancy bath that is what I would normally associate with that sort of thing. I was imagining asking for an estimate and being laughed out of the room as not having a job worthy of their time. Boy, was I wrong about that!
Everyone at Jericho was simply wonderful. Rita not only showed me wonderful options for the room, but also helped me stay on track and on budget, even when I needed to make changes. Even my little job got a project manager (Mike) to keep oversee the process. I had one installer from start to finish, and Anita was just wonderful - very detail oriented and meticulous in her workmanship, and she went to great lengths to minimize the disruption and mess in my home.
I don't expect to do another project as big as this one any time soon, but if I was remodeling, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to give Jericho another call.
