"A rep for the company came and gave the installation and sale details. They arrived a week after I contracted them. It was February so they could start right away. The roofers were excellent and answered all questions as they went along. They discovered major rot under one side of the home, took pictures to show the damage and then explained how they would repair the damage. The repair was excellent. They removed all debris without a single asphalt piece or nail surrounding the home. "I am absolutely delighted with the work done. I was called 2 days before the work started, a short 2 week wait, the next day they showed up to leave scaffolding and at 0700 the following day they were at my door ready to start work. They spread tarps to collect the debree, and managed to hit the target most of the time. A crew of 5 was at work, each obviously had their own tasks and got to them without having to be given direction. They were respectful of my property and family. I had to tell them it was OK to drive on the grass, they were going to hand carry everything from the driveway. They played the radio quietly all day, their conversations were also quiet. They found the leak near a skylight and added extra ice and water shield to prevent any leaks. I've got a written guarantee the the roof is fixed. That's the first time I've been able to get that in writing. The new metal in the valley matches the shingle color, looks great. When Dave first looked at the roof I asked about putting metal roofing on to solve the problem. He was reluctant to do that due to the cost. Imagine that a contractor turning down the chance to charge more just because he didn't think it was necessary to fix the problem. An honest company willing to do great work at an affordable price.
