"Andrew came right away after he contacted me. He was very prompt. The estimate is very reasonable. Today he came right on time when he said he would. He finished the job in about 4 hours. It was a stair modification from 1st floor to 2nd floor. And the modification was required because I have a stair lift and the landing wasn't big enough. The job looks perfect. He was very polite and efficient. And I would recommend him to anyone anytime."

"I had a full bathroom remodel done by Burlingame. I was referred by a friend of mine and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The crew was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Burlingame was easy to work with and assisted in the design choices along the way. When unexpected things came up, they always do, prompt notification was provided and any issues were addressed. I plan on having Burlingame remodel the guest bathroom and kitchen in the future. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and final product. I highly recommend their services!"

"Bob, Banner and their team were great. They are professional workers, but just as important, (when you have strangers spending time in your home) trustworthy, friendly, great guys. They and their team, were kind and helpful in many areas above and beyond the project. I have two large dogs, one which can be very intimidating and they became fast friends. When my riding lawn mower broke down, completely unrelated to the project, Banner came out to give me a hand. When we had a battery go out on the garage door opener, they noticed it fixed it. Wonderful guys. The bathroom remodel itself came out beautiful. We are so pleased. I'm a little overdue in this review. We've had some family crisis causing the delay. I fully intend to use them again, if they'll have us ;) I highly recommend."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, was our primary contact person. We were impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to work with us to ensure the project was completed to exactly what we had envisioned. Pete gave us straightforward answers about expected cost and time. He provided us with several options for the addition and remodel to fit our needs and budget. The biggest expense for our home remodel project was the addition of a sun room. The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing. Squire Creek Construction was not contracted to complete the electrical and plumbing as it is not part of their repertoire but Pete was able to recommend several reputable companies. Pete framed the sun room, sauna, and dressing room. He also installed flooring, windows, skylights, doors, and cedar siding in the sauna and dressing room. We bought the sauna stove at a specialty store and had Pete install it for us. Pete also remodeled the deck that is attached to our new additon. He extended the roof line and installed several skylights and a trellis on the end of our deck. Our biggest compliment to Pete is that he took time to be sure the job was done correctly the first time. We were impressed with his attention to detail and all the work we had done looks beautiful!"

We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. We canâ t say enough good things about the work that was done and the people who did it. We wouldnâ t think of calling someone else, if we want something done again. Thanks Mike, Oswaldo and Ray! We found Jason to be knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and pleasant to deal with. With a large project like this we were bound to run into some unexpected problems, and Jason was always willing to do whatever it took to resolve these to our satisfaction. "Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
