They set a time and date and the tech called and arrived on time. He quoted the cost of the repair and I accepted based on other higher priced quotes for the job. He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. I received an email confirmation of my payment along with an invoice showing what was repaired and itemized costs. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. I was very impressed."
