I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

Brian then reached out to roofing shingle manufacturers to seek donated materials to lower the costs, as well as donating crew time to make this possible. I have never experienced such a reaction from a business previously, a local contractor with a true sense of community to right a wrong. I could not recommend any business, or service, more than I could recommend Colorado Native. And the previous contractor, well, he lost his licensing privileges in the Larimer County as a result. "After purchasing our new home and enduring an especially cold and snowy winter, we noticed that water was collecting in our gutters and seeping into the drywall. This turned out to be the result of an improperly installed roof edge that would not allow snow and water to be pushed away from the house. We contacted Virtuous Roofing and asked if they could send someone over to review. They responded almost immediately and had a crew inspecting our roof the next day.
