"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. He gave me a tentative date pending weather issues. He stayed in touch and called me with a firm date. He and his crew arrived when he said they would, got right to work. Found the problem right away, tore off the faulty parts, replaced with better materials and gave me a 3 year warranty. He took photos of the before during and after so I could see what they did. Was originally quoted over a year ago, but never had the work done.  When I called again, the price was increased slightly from the original due to higher costs now for supplies.  It was handled over the phone without me having to take time off from work again to meet them at the house.  I did get two more quotes this time; one was almost double this price and the other was a couple hundred more from someone who did this "on the side." 

Four men showed up when expected and knocked it out in one day.  I believe they were there from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm.  I actually hardly knew they were there other than seeing them.  Very polite, confirmed what was going to be done, hung plastic over cabinets in kitchen and furniture, and did a fantastic job!  The ceiling in the living room had some water damage to the drywall, which was repaired prior to painting and is barely detectable now (only because I know where it was).  There isn't anything I need them to come back for because it was missed or I wasn't happy.  They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure we were satisfied.

I would definitely recommend this group or use them again if need be.

They brought in blowers and dryers to get all of the moisture out of the building. Once that was done, they had to start on the repairs to all four levels of the church. Fantastic work!!"
