"Yes! Eduardo and his son did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone. There’s a lot of contractors who reached out about this project but what I really liked and one of the reason why I hired them because when Eduardo came out to look at the projects he listened and and then he shared with me his thoughts, unlike the others who just insisted this and that and I even almost kicked one out of the house already. After all, we the homeowners are the customers . Anyways, there’s more projects ahead of us and I definitely don’t mind having them to come out for estimate. However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work.
