"They came to give me a bid.  When I showed them the shower they pointed out many other areas that were also needing to be fixed. This included window seals as well as many of the counters.  It looked like the grout was just missing in many areas.  They did an excellent job matching the original grout and fixing areas of concern. <br />"

"The two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture as needed and were very careful with all the items to be moved.  There was a problem when they tried to hang the drapes over the curtain-rod.  In trying to stuff the bulk of the drapes between the curtain-rod and the wall, the curtain-rod pulled off the wall.  Fortunately, they were not hurt when the 10 ft. long iron curtain-rod fell down. It would have been best to ask me what to do with the drapes to get them away from the tile floor, as I could have taken the drapes down for them, which is what I finally had to do anyway.  The cleaner they used for the tile did an excellent job of cleaning the grout.  All of the cleaning went very well; they first cleaned overall and then went back over stubborn areas.  All the water was thoroughly removed by suction, which I much appreciated, as it made the drying time relatively short.  Both men were very professional and courteous.  Their work was thorough and they worked with care. I was quite pleased with the result and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"The entire project went very well and the finished work exceeded our expectations.  The marble floor is beautiful.  Originally, it looked terrible, and I thought there was no hope.    Steve, the owner, was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and in coming out to give us a proposal for the work.   He described in detail the process and assured us that we'd be very happy with the work.  He is very courteous and competent.  We had a couple of bids on the work and his was the low bid.   There was a little communications difficulty in scheduling, but once we had the date fixed, it went exactly according to plan and was accomplished in a few hours.  Steve had a helper who did much of the work, but Steve kept very close to the job and was accessible.   He assured us that the job would be done with virtually no dust or dirt although the restoration process included grinding the marble floor.   I was surprised at how clean it was."

"We are very glad we hired Premier to do the job for the following reasons: <br /> 1. The three-person team arrived when they said they would, and worked diligently until the job was done. They were polite and friendly at all times. <br /> 2. They were careful to protect all cabinetry, and our wood floors. <br /> 3. When they were finished, the floor of our bathroom and walk-in shower looked better than it did the day it was installed. The color is now richer than it ever was, and a month later, it still looks great. <br /> 4. The slate sidewalk now looks better than it ever did. <br /> 5. When we had a question later about a few small spots on the slate tile that seemed a little lighter than the rest of the tile, the owner sent two of his employees out to take a look. They examined the spots carefully, and then tested to see if the spots would disappear with more sealant, or whether we are simply faced with the fact that natural stone tile will have occasional variations in its composition. (The latter was true in our case.) While they were here, they also (without being asked) went over the re-cauiking in the kitchen to make it hadn't shrunk. There was no charge for this visit. <br /> 6. The final bill for the work was entirely consistent with the estimate. <br /> 7. We believe the amount charged was reasonable. We say this because (a) three men were here for about ten hours, (b) the owner was here to supervise in person at least once, and also supervised by phone; and (c) the work was of such high quality."
