Had trouble getting electrical on at the home, and due to miscommunication by our realtor, and no fault of Paul's, he came before the house was ready for a full inspection. It was a huge mixup at the hand of our realtor, but Paul was great about it, even willing to come back out another day to finish what he was unable to fully look over with no electricity-at no extra charge. Based on what he was able to inspect, that won't be necessary. 10 hours after he started the inspection, I had a 45 page report full of pictures, and information. He found major issues with the roof, foundation, furnace, and sewage system... Among other things. Many lesser (but still pretty awful) troubles too. We almost bought a money pit!
