They provided a reasonable estimate and were back out within two days to complete the work. Mark did an outstanding job; he was punctual, polite and professional, and, as the photo attests, takes pride in doing neat work. "I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. "Very conscientious, there was no access panel so he had to work through the 6" opening in our tiled shower. I wanted the valve replaced with one that I could control both temperature and pressure which cost a little more. He replaced with a high quality Delta valve. It was not an easy job but it only took him about an hour to complete. I was in the process of replacing a faucet in our other bathroom myself and he gave me some advice on doing that. He was very helpful and I plan on having him come back for some addition work that I want done."

We have an old house with only one bathroom and have had 3 plumbing emergencies since we have been in isolation due to COVID 19 and household members with pre-existing health conditions, as well as one who works at the hospital. "To start, Plumber's Service was willing to listen to the details of what was needed and provided an accurate, extremely competitive estimate over the phone.  They were also flexible in scheduling a service date/time.  Upon the scheduled day of service, Nick arrived on time.  He evaluated the job and then call me at work to verify it was acceptable to cut one of the PVC pipes to allow for removal of the old pump before cutting the pipe.  The job was completed quickly and in an extremely neat fashion - which I would imagine is not easy based on the nature of the task.  The new pump was tested before he left to to verify its proper operation.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that a high-quality Zoeller pump was used for the new pump installation.  Nick left information to document the install date, model, and serial number of the new pump. <br />"
