They replaced supporting beams under my house, pressure washed my deck, carport, walks, and painted the deck. Billy came back today and did "finishing" work on wood lattice surround on the deck at no charge. The kind of people I would welcome into my home! I fed them lunch on the days they were here working and sent Billy home today with some fresh picked blueberries. Amazing work for a fair price."

He assembled my new dresser, he changed toilet seats, changed the kitchen continuous garbage disposal plus changed the electric outlet and box under the sink and replaced the whole toilet valves kit in the guest bathroom. He works on anything that needs to be repaired, replaced or fixed in the home. Now already planned to replace hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms and, paint, cover holes on the wall and replace my outdoor fans. "I met with Mr. McCord and we discussed what I wanted in the dog shed. He explained how by changing the size just a few feet that he could saved me money before with my sizing, he would have a good bit of waste. Also, I didnt want the dogshed built under the trees and , thus, I needed a way to have two opposite sides to be raiseable. This would allow me to regulate the air flow and keep my dogs cool. He also suggested that bringing in dirt and getting the floor of the shed about a foot higher than the surrounding yard would keep theshed dry. He did such a great job! He and his help worked long and during hot October and finished in a short time. i am so pleased with every single thing that they did. They were polite to explain what ever they were working on at that moment. My favorite about the new shed is that Mr. McCord made the north/ south sides with a mechanism that allows me to raise or lower the sides in a matter of minutes with a manuel pulley. *****"
