He was almost 1 hour late for the estimate appointment due to difficulties with directions/ GPS. However he did call several times for directions and to keep me updated. Once on site he inspected the leak area and the exterior chimney enclosure and roof and identified the problem as deteriorated sealing at the top of the chimney. He provided a reasonable estimate and arranged to do the work the following day. The next day he arrived on time and completed the work for the agreed price. His work was the highest quality, and he was dependable with reasonable prices that in my opinion were much lower than he could have charged. Because of space limitations in the tiny home, I had several issues to work around and he came up with a creative solution for every one of them, and always let me know the options I had to save money on materials and supplies. He was responsive, professional, and his work was perfect. He even cleaned up and swept the area every night, even though he was returning in the morning to work!
