"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

"I've used CMS previously for roofing work - and was extremely pleased with the results. When my husband and I decided to have gutters installed, CMS was the only company we considered using. I contacted CMS via its website. I received a return call from the office within a few hours. I advised that I needed an estimate for gutter install. I provided my address and was told someone would come by and assess the project. A couple of days later, I received the estimate and authorization paperwork in the mail. I authorized the job, and the work was completed in about 4-6 hours. As usual, the quality of the work was excellent. I have other projects on my to-do list, I'll call CMS again. <br />"

"John Horton and his crew are far and away the best craftsmen and contractors I have worked with.  They're honest, punctual, and the quality of their work is superior to any other contractor I've worked with.  I've contracted them for several projects recently, including repairing severe termite damage.  Where another local contractor told me repairing the damage would take 2 weeks, John had it completed in about 2 days, and that was after I continued to expand the original scope of the project.  I was so pleased with their work I had them back to modify and update my front porch and dormers (in addition to a bunch of other work I kept adding on).  The bottom line is that John Horton is quite possibly the only contractor in Savannah that will actually show up when he says he will and the quality of his work is second to none.  <br />"

"Other contractors who came out to give an estimate were unable to envision what to do with the existing roof which does create an architectural challenge. When Scotty came out he knew within 5 minutes of looking at the house how to create an addition that would blend aesthetically with the existing architecture as well as enhancing the value of the house. Although we have not contracted with Snipes yet, because of present budgetary constraints, we plan to use them in the future to build the addition."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Pooler, GA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
