They also repaired my sliding glass doors which would not open and close correctly. Another carpenter told me that I needed new sliding glass doors. King's Son Services, LLC took off the doors and installed new wheels and the door opens and closes like new. My flooring looks awesome and strong. "This has been a great experience. During the initial inspection, Dale was thorough and explained what the sources of my moisture issues were and how to solve them. We knew there would be some challenges since I have an 80 year old house where some work was previously done incorrectly and other work has simply just aged. To fix some issues with two doors, they even built new thresholds to make sure waters moves away from the house yet no one will slip or trip getting in or out of the house. 
Throughout the process, everyone was very communicative in explaining what they needed from me and how work and payment would proceed. And for someone who hates using the phone, I was glad that basically everything could be done through email. The crew was also very gracious in dealing with my skittish dog.
Lastly, they left things cleaner than it started, particularly the basement. In order to get into nooks and crannies, they carefully moved things, including bookcases that are now neater than before the project started.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
