" I hired JF Asphalt (Juan Peron) to dig out roots and patch my asphalt driveway, crack fill and seal coat my whole driveway. They did the job in two days and I highly recommend them. "They removed a part of the wall and installed an eighteen foot steel beam. They moved the kitchen. They helped us with the demo. They also did the plumbing and the electrical work. They recreated in part of the space a kitchen, an office and a laundry room. They did a great job. Everything was done on time. Everything was within the budget other than the things that I changed. We were very happy with their work."

"The provider showed up about an hour late, due to a broken spring on one of the trucks that was delivering the product (fine s***). He didn't call to let me know he was going to be late. The work was completed quickly. There were a few rough areas and they were rectified immediately. The owners (William and Cooper) were very cordial and made sure I was happy with their work. The owners referred me to a supply company that sells pellets to place on top of the product (Primortol Grass Killer) to keep the grass from growing through it. A 20 pound bag is expensive (approximately $70.00). I was told that it should kill the grass for approximately 5 years. <br /> I have received many compliments on the driveway's looks and I am happy with it. <br /> <br />"
