I requested his services around 9am, he arrived to my residence at 10:30am, then finished at 11:30am! PHENOMENAL!! "He was a real character. He talked a lot and said that he couldn't do it because I think he said the chimney needed to be aligned or something. He just cleaned a little bit right around the fireplace and the immediate opening. He didn't do the entire chimney. He wasn't going to charge me anything so I gave him a tip for what he did do."
