"Did a great job and the price was reasonable"

"We have used Top Shield Construction three times on the homes we own, and they have exceeded our expectations every single time. They have replaced roofs and installed gutters for us, and each project has been completed with exceptional quality and attention to detail. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and every job was completed without any issues. After trusting Top Shield Construction with multiple properties, we can confidently say they are reliable, honest, and deliver outstanding workmanship. We have been completely satisfied with their work every time and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust."

"I used Elite Roofing to replace my home’s original composite shingles. I live in the foothills so fire safety was important, and I wanted a “forever” roof that I wouldn’t need to replace again, so I asked Elite to install a standing seam metal roof. Elite did a good job of demolishing the previous roof, and they installed the new roof professionally. It’s been four years since I had my roof replaced and I’m still 100% satisfied."

"Aspen Roofing installed a high quality underlayment and a strong, new metal roof over the large parking structure and two small garages at our cabin at 8,200 ft in Tollgate Canyon. They were easy to work with. The quality of their work is top notch. The roof is now in its second winter with no leaks. I am confident this roof will last for decades with no leaks despite heavy winter snowfalls and extreme temperature variations. I sleep well at night thinking about the quality of this roof."

"Andrew was very friendly and knowable. He took the time to explain the different options I had for doing my roof. He even made a special trip with sample colors. Connor (office manager) was very thorough and supplied me with all pictures and documentation needed to work with my insurance. Their prices were right in line with my insurance adjuster. MAD Roofing was dependable, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"I needed to have some of our shingles repaired after a wind storm blew some of them off.  I also wanted a bid done for our garage roof, which is older than the house roof.  Did a great job and didn't charge me more than the Angie's Deal, which was nice. The bid for the garage was reasonable and we are determining timing for that to be done in the next year or so.  I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs and will have them do the garage roof when we are ready.

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. I reached out to a full list of contractors to repair our home. Most of them were shocked at the damage that was done, but seemed to be to busy or not interested in helping us out. In comes Gray Huskie Custom Exteriors. I called and left a message with Miguel, and he called me back within less than a half hour to schedule a time to come out to our house that same evening for a bid. Miguel and his son were professional, knowledgeable, and presented us with a very fair estimate. Within three weeks they were on the job and working hard to fix our home. We were so impressed with Miguel and his crew. It was so nice to have a contractor show up on time, and always let us know ahead if there was a change in the schedule. We are so happy with the quality of the completed work on our home. It looks brand new again. I would not hesitate to hire Gray Huskie Custom Exteriors in the future. Big Thanks!"

"They contacted me promptly and gave me a reasonable bid. The estimator seemed quite knowledgeable and responded to my questions. The gentleman who came to fix the roof was polite and hardworking... didn't appear to take any break during his 2 hours here. Overall, a very good experience."

"ORIGINALLY HAD DAN LINED UP TO INSTALL ROOFING PANELS ON EXISTING FRAME WORK. AT QUICK GLANCE HE PICK UP ON WHAT WOULD SURELY BE MAJOR ISSUES IN THE FUTURE, GOT A QUOTE TEA DEMO AND REBUILD FROM SCRATCH, I FELT PRICING WAS MORE THAN RESONABLE WHEN HE SAID HE COULD DEMO AND COMPLETELY REBUILD THIS 12' X 40' COVER IN 2 DAYS I FIGURED THERE WAS NO WAY.....ON DAY 2, I GOT HOME AT 6PM JUST AS HE WAS CLEANING UP. PROJECT DONE, AS PROMISED, LOOKED FANTASTIC AND PRICE WAS "AS QUOTED" NONE OF THIS "OH, WELL, I HAD TO ADD THIS OR BUY THIS" I WILL DEFINATLY LOOK TO HIM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS"
