My only concern was that the technicians did not each out directly to center point to order a replacement meter. We were asked to do that directly, and really did not have the understanding to communicate our needs. "

It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."
