The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Pat did a fantastic job enlarging the well and bringing it up to code, as well as replacing the old rotted timbers with a new enclosure. The driver was skilled and polite, he parked it perfectly at the end of our driveway. The dumpster is fairly new so it did not look bad sitting in the driveway. We filled it early so I called for an early pick-up. They were very accommodating and picked it up the following day. Same experience for the pick-up: the driver was skilled and polite.
