"We decided that our first project on our new home would be to finish the basement which consisted of a bedroom/bathroom/furnace storage room/living and a gear room. Since the bedroom/bath were done but not up to code we decided to gut and start over. After meeting with multiple contractors we decided to go with Mycke. Although a bit higher than some, we felt comfortable with his professionalism, honesty, the layout of his timeline and budget and fingers crossed, we would get what we paid for. Everything was on time and on budget. We also wanted a contractor that would give us their honest opinions on fixtures, colors, ideas as well and he did just that. He picked our paint color, our barn door (our original plan fell thru and he actually had a perfect one for us in storage) and helped us with fixtures among other things. This was our first renovation and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Jake Mycke and his wife Lisa to help you with your project."

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"It went well. After viewing both properties content, i was sent a couple of room plans.

"Did not go well. Original promised time frame not met. On three separate occasions he said he would be at our home to work....never showed up and didn't answer phone call till much later or next day. The overall quality of work was pretty good, considering the rooms were not exactly square or level. He also sheet rocked over an old window in the laundry room where an addition had been added years back.
