They arrived when they said they would, took time to ask questions to get a good understanding of what was going on and then provided me with an estimate. The amount was reasonable and they said they had the parts needed on the truck so were able to begin right away. One of the guys began with the ceiling fan and the other started on the GFI outlet issue. The fan was completed quickly and with no problem. The GFI issue took a little longer but they kept at it until it was fixed properly. Rather than only having to replace two GFIs as originally thought, four had to be replaced so each bathroom and the outside outlet were isolated from each other. I really appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions and that they gave clear answers. They were also very respectful of my home. I will definitely use JMC Electric again."
