We entertained several bids and are very pleased that we chose Deano Tile for the project. From demolition and removal of the knee wall (which opened up the shower) to installation of water proof wall board and underlayment materials, the team took their time to ensure both our and their expectations were met. When we came to decision points we were brought into the discussion and able to communicate with both Dean and his guys to make a timely determination. This kept our project on schedule and on budget. Antonio had a clear vision of how best to lay out the tile to maximize appeal while minimizing small or irregular pieces. He also did a great job tying in the new tile, with the existing, where the shower curb met up with the floor and bathroom wall. "This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. They are not the most reasonable but are good quality in any customization and professionalism. I want to mention the following installers as they were very accommodating and cared about their work. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring.
