"I have someone that cuts the lawn regularly during the summer, but doesn't really do the "other stuff".    However, the "other stuff" really piles up over time - literally.  I contacted Messengers for a bid on cleaning up the yard.  <br>Talk about quick service!   I had a bid either that same day or the next by email.  The price was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done.   I gave them the go ahead, and the next day they were out and working!   <br>The lawn looks good again, the mulch bed (which are fairly extensive) are cleaned up again, and the bushes (which were fairly out of control) are back in trim. <br>I've asked them to put us on the calendar for a return trip in the fall!"

"Excellent. Very mature yard with lots of trees, on a lake with large terrace. Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them with this very difficult installation. 1/3 less than the cheapest bid and did SO MUCH MORE. Root removal, punching under sidewalks etc, and except for an amazing sprinkler system running like a champ, you could not tell they were in the yard! Cannot say enough."

"<p>This was a service call to re-connect portions of a full lawn irrigation system installed by Pinnacle a couple of years ago. The service was needed because some construction at our home had necessitated disconnecting several of the sprinkler zones.</p> <br />"

"We showed him how our cement walkway had gotten raised and so that the walkway slabs are not even with the driveway or level.  <br /> He told us to "water it" and it should settle. He also said that if it did not settle to where it was, he would come back in the spring and make it right. The following spring and summer we contacted him repeatedly and he did nothing to rectify this. <br /> We explained that this is a liability and someone could get hurt.  <br /> My grandaughter has tripped over it and scraped knees and lots of tears have been shed. <br /> We feel that if some work is done for someone, the service completed should not affect anything except what he was hired for and paid to do. We feel our sidewalk should be the way he found it and it is not. <br /> He did a great job on the sprinkler system itself.  <br /> <br />"

"They are suppose to be here tomorrow to prune the trees. They were the best on the write up and they were very close in price with another company. I really like the way they wrote up the proposal for the tree trimming, lots of details, didn't miss anything, and didn't really leave any questions to what needed to be done. That was really the deciding factor. I had two that were really close and the other estimate was written with a good bit of detail but missed one little thing, plus I see Ryan out working at my neighbors on occasion so I was more familiar with the name. I got 3 estimates and they were all almost identical price wise to one of the others and the third one was higher. We didn't have a preset time to get the work done."
