"Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. "Ultimate Appliance is AWESOME!  Mr. Saduka found time to squeeze in a service call even though he was incredibly busy.  He investigated the tenants complaints about their dishwasher and took the time to explain to them how to be able to optimize the dishwasher's ability to clean and dry to this units best ability.  He didn't suggest we needed to replace the dishwasher or buy into some bogus part that we didn't need.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY and taking time to educate everyone.
