"Service performed the same day we called. Home Systems Appliance Repair quickly responded to our call -- within two hours of our calling them. Jeff the service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable of the problem. We highly recommend this company and will surely use them again if the need arises! Thank you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Michael was great! Same day response to my initial contact. Next day he was diagnosing the problem. He found the part and I ordered it so no upcharge on part. He came back next business day to install new part. He may not always be able to respond the next day depending on how busy he is but he will respond as quickly as possible. A very personable man, efficient, responsive and he will be my appliance repair man from this point forward."

"My experience with B A R Appliances AC LLC was a good one. Henry, the service provider, is a rare professional. It's not easy finding a service provider that is prompt, professional, and honest. One of the things that I appreciated most about Henry was the follow-up to confirm the appointment time. We're all very busy so I value service providers that respect my time as much as I respect theirs. I also found Henry's honesty refreshing and plan to use this service provider again. Thanks, Henry!"
