"They care! They stopped by to address a hot water heater on the blink but the weather was brutally cold and Mikey saw me working on the boiler… After addressing a plan to convert to tankless, he helped me make the decision to switch to a tankless combi solution. Very happy how the team took the time to complete the job timely. I will use them for other projects for sure"

"Ralf and Peter provide exceptional plumbing services. They happily and intelligently answered all of my questions and concerns about our sixty year old heating system. Ralf and Peter transformed our heating system and brought all the components up to code. They also did a beautiful job of installing our new water heater. I highly recommend Ralf and Peter of Ralf Maresca Mechanical. Their pricing is reasonable and their work is outstanding."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Travis and Elvis were very professional on the phone. Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. Travis provided me with a free estimate and stayed within the price range we agreed to when completing the job. The water heater was installed in a timely manner. I also received a follow up phone call to check how the water heater was working and if I had any questions which I appreciated. "Fred, from B & F Plumbing and Heating contacted us the first day of our inquiry and visited us to scope and price the work to be done within 24 hours. We discussed the work we needed and also mentioned some of the other work issues raised by other plumbing companies. Without being in the least judgmental, he expressed that in his opinion, some of those items were not really necessary, explained why, and provided a detailed competitive estimate. We must say that it was a most pleasant surprise to have a company state that it really wasn't necessary for us to pay for more than we needed or had been quoted by others. We were under a short timeline and Fred not only met our needs but also took care of another modest issue found during the contracted work at no additional charge. Should be again need plumbing work, Fred will be our first call. We highly recommend him and his company"
