The new one worked fine for my last day in the house, and I assume it is going just a well for the new owners. Tiger services also gave me a bit of a discount for a service warranty due to the situation. The technicians also took care to clean any messes, some water spilled out and he immediately shop-vac'd it up, and well as wore shoe coverings and hauled away all the little bits of other trash in addition to the old unit  as I mentioned earlier.

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
