"So it's been 3 months since Granite Garage Floors - Baltimore came out and resurfaced our garage floor (20 x 20 = 400 sq ft) . I.LOVE.OUR.GARAGE.FLOOR!!! Their professional service was top notch in every way. Great communication and the job was complete in 2 x consecutive days. The floor looks fabulous. So glad we did this and feel THIS IS THE WAY TO GO in sealing garage floors for a permanent seal, texture, exquisite look and lifetime guarantee! It was late June when this was done and HOT. It took about 2 weeks for the off gassing to finally stop. If I kept the garage door down, the gases would build up, but after I left it up about 5 inches during the day, after a few days, the smell was gone. I would ABSOLUTELY DO IT AGAIN. If I did the basement, I'd wait until warm weather with open windows or doors and fans to promote the dissipation of the off gassing - but I would definitely do this in a basement, front porch, driveway, patio, or many indoor or outdoor locations. Easy to clean, too! 400 sq ft @ $2,500 = $6.25 per sq foot I feel it's an expensive floor finish, but worth every penny and I believe will last decades!!!"

"My sidewalk had one section that settled, and created a tripping hazard. Rather than destroy the pad, and pour a new section of concrete. I hired Stabil Solutions to use polyurethane foam technology to raise the pad. It was a perfect job, nice even walk way. The foam works fast, and fills any voids that may be under the pad. If you have a driveway section, or walk way that is not level, this is a great way to save money and time without creating a huge construction project...no messy bags of concrete. "The estimator, Dennis accommodated my scheduling requests, and changes in the contract, he was there as well, when the resurfacing started. My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. I love the look of my driveway now and would recommend F&M to friends and family!"

"Gus from tri-state arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He answered any questions. He was doing our driveway and our neighbors the same day. He got to work quickly and did a great job! I was impressed with the way he applied the sealcoat. I have coated the driveway over the years and believe me he did a much better job than I could do. The coating is a little shiny as other people have stated but it looks great and will dull as it dries. I was very pleased from start to finish and my neighbor feels the same way. <br />"

Our rough, ugly unfinished lower level laundry area was transformed into an inviting, functional space and, at the same time, our 1970's bathroom was remodeled and updated with new fixtures, a recessed medicine cabinet, lighting and tile flooring. The owner, Brian was great to work with. He not only designed these projects to accommodate my specific needs and wants, but also had the vision and design skills to make suggestions that maximized the storage and layout to fully utilize every inch of available space. He added a storage alcove and pegboard wall for cleaning and ironing supplies, built a closet to hide the heating unit, and designed and installed a storage wall of upper and lower wood cabinets with a countertop and clothes hanging rod. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the finished work in both areas and appreciated Brian's neatness and respect for our home. He used protective cloths over our floors, and cleaned up construction dust and debris daily. I never expected to enjoy the entire design and renovation process, but I did. Wenkat's owner was reliable, organized and made optimal use of time so the project was completed on time. We will enjoy these renovations for years to come."
