"Outstanding!! Called on a Sunday, when they are not open and left a message. Received a call back the same day and they sent a technician out the same day as well! They confirmed what we already knew, that we needed a new unit. Ours was 25 years old and quit running in 104* weather! They gave estimates and were very prompt and helpful on the same day, (Sunday.) We were able to choose a unit best suited for us and they answered any questions we had all within hours of us calling them. The next day on Monday they came to our house and started work when they left Monday, they were practically done! Had the unit there and running and had enough vents hooked up to keep us cool and comfortable until they could come back the next day. They had also enlarged our return air duct and filter which we had wanted and needed done because ours was too small to cool the house correctly. And installed a new smart thermostat that needed additional wiring at no charge that we had bought. They did a duct pressure test, removed all the air supply registers sealed them with insulation tape and replaced the registers, fuel gas piping and condensate piping, and removed old unit. They arrived early the next day (Tuesday) and in about 2 1/2 hours they were completely done. Everyone of the employees deserves a huge THANK YOU! They were so friendly, informative, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. We can't say enough good things about our experience with them. We will use them for all our needs from now on! "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner.
