"Three weeks ago, I hired Admiral Appliance Repair to resolve a de clogging issue with my Samsung French Door Refrigerator through Agni. Although the technician visited and attempted a repair, the problem remains unresolved to this day. Despite paying the agreed service fee, the technician made no genuine effort to return or properly fix the issue, and the company has since refused to take responsibility. I provided the technician with all photos showing the leak and ice buildup, yet no further action was taken. As a result, I now have to seek assistance from another, more reliable company. It seems that Angi / Home Advisor is more focused on generating leads and revenue rather than properly verifying contractors’ credentials. It appears that Angi is not verifying."
