"Marley arrived at our home and assessed the repair of our washing machine. He replaced the boot seal and performed an operational check, no issues. Marley and his partner then reinstalled the dryer on top of the washer in a very tight space. The technicians were polite, professional and competent. Would definitely use Quality Tech Repair for any future appliance repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Responded immediately and fixed my dryer quickly. Very pleased with the service."

"He did an excellent job, he was quick to call and come, he fixed the problem quickly. It was a gas dryer. He diagnosed and fixed it fast. He also charged very reasonable price."

"Akhmat got to my place on time and fixed my ancient washer dryer combo in no time. Highest recommendation."

"Giving five stars to Alfred of L&A because there's no way to give a six or more! He was great! Responded quickly, came to fix the drier the next day, arrived at the appointed hour, was not only friendly but downright entertaining. He pointed out what was wrong with our dryer (and a lint build-up that was a fire hazard!) , fixed it quickly, gave us some good counsel regarding how to best avoid this problem in the future. If we ever have a repair issue again, we'd definitely use him again! Ken Jacobs and Leslie Glazer-Jacobs, Asbury Park, NJ"
